15 - 2 packs ramen noodles, fresh or dried
16 - 1 green onion, chopped
17 - 1 teaspoon chili oil, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly with the spice blend and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and sear the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Transfer to a plate to rest, then slice.
03 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
05 - In a clean saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
06 - Divide cooked noodles between serving bowls. Ladle the spicy broth over the noodles. Top each bowl with sliced chicken and drizzle with prepared creamy garlic sauce.
07 - Finish each bowl with chopped green onion and a drizzle of chili oil if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For extra texture, consider adding toppings such as sesame seeds, soft-boiled eggs, or additional chili oil to enhance flavor and presentation.
02 - Leftover ramen can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop, adding a splash of broth or cream as needed.
03 - Adjust the spice level by modifying the quantity of chili powder to suit your heat preference.
