# Ingredients Required:

01 - 320 g sweet corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
02 - 120 g chopped green onions
03 - 120 g diced red bell pepper
04 - 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (seeds removed for reduced heat)
05 - 15 g chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

06 - 240 g sour cream
07 - 240 g mayonnaise
08 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
09 - 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 120 g shredded pepper jack cheese

→ Spices & Seasonings

11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
13 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
14 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
15 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - If using fresh corn, cut kernels off the cob. For canned corn, drain and rinse. For frozen corn, thaw and drain any excess moisture.
02 - Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese in a large bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
03 - Add shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses to the dairy mixture. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Gently fold in corn kernels, chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro if using. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
