Peel your carrots and cut them up so your blender doesn’t struggle. Snap the frozen banana into pieces now too.

Everything goes in the blender—carrots, banana chunks, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and don’t forget those ice cubes if you want them.

Crank your blender up to high and let it run 'til you get a thick, smooth mix. If there’s stuff stuck to the sides, stop and push it down using a spatula.

Need it sweeter? Pour in a little more maple syrup and give it a fast blend.

Pour into two glasses and dig in while it’s nice and fresh.
