Carrot Yogurt Smoothie (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 3 medium carrots, peeled
02 - 1.5 bananas, frozen and chopped
03 - 240 ml 2% milk
04 - 120 ml plain 0% Greek yogurt

→ Flavorings

05 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 45 ml pure maple syrup
07 - 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg

→ Optional Additions

08 - 240 ml ice cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - Peel your carrots and cut them up so your blender doesn’t struggle. Snap the frozen banana into pieces now too.
02 - Everything goes in the blender—carrots, banana chunks, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon, and don’t forget those ice cubes if you want them.
03 - Crank your blender up to high and let it run 'til you get a thick, smooth mix. If there’s stuff stuck to the sides, stop and push it down using a spatula.
04 - Need it sweeter? Pour in a little more maple syrup and give it a fast blend.
05 - Pour into two glasses and dig in while it’s nice and fresh.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Craving a creamier smoothie? Add more frozen banana or just hold back on the milk a bit.
