Refreshing mango dessert with smooth texture and creamy coconut milk, ready in under an hour.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Fruit

01 - 340 g fully ripened mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

→ Liquids

02 - 45 ml cold water
03 - 130 ml full-fat coconut milk
04 - 60 ml evaporated milk or coconut milk (optional for serving)

→ Thickeners

05 - 13.5 g gelatin or 4.5 g agar agar powder (vegan alternative)

→ Sweeteners

06 - 19 g white granulated sugar

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Place mango pieces into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain the puree to achieve a silky texture.
02 - Combine cold water with gelatin (or agar agar powder for vegan) and allow to soften. Add sugar, coconut milk, and mango puree, whisking until homogeneous.
03 - Gently warm the mixture in a pot over low heat until the gelatin fully dissolves. Avoid boiling to preserve texture.
04 - Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
05 - Serve chilled, accompanied by evaporated milk or coconut milk if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a vegan variation, replace gelatin with agar-agar powder. Straining the mango puree enhances smoothness. Adjust sugar according to mango sweetness.
