Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Printable Version)

Bite-sized snacks packed with mozzarella and pepperoni wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, finished off with garlic butter on top.

# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
02 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Let them sit for a few minutes so they aren't too hot. Pair with dips you love like ranch or marinara before dishing them up.
02 - Put your stuffed dough balls seam down on the lined tray. Brush on that buttery mix. Bake about 12-15 minutes, or use your air fryer for 8, until they’re golden.
03 - Pinch those edges super well so nothing spills out. Then give each little parcel a quick roll to make them round.
04 - Drop some mozzarella plus a handful of mini pepperoni right in the center of every flattened round.
05 - Pop open the biscuit can, pull apart the dough, and press each into a flat circle with your hands.
06 - Stir the melted butter together with your garlic powder and Italian seasoning. This will be what you brush on top later.
07 - Heat oven to 375°F, or your air fryer to 350°F. Put some parchment paper on your baking pan.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Be sure the dough is pinched really tight or the filling might leak out when cooking.
