Preheat oven to 218°C. Lightly spray a 23x33 cm baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and pork sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and return meat to skillet.

Add chopped pepperoni, flour, and 3 teaspoons of Italian seasoning to the meat. Stir until evenly combined. Pour in tomato basil sauce and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat.

Transfer meat mixture to the prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle 150 g shredded mozzarella over the top.

Unroll pizza crust dough and place it over the mozzarella layer. Brush the crust with olive oil, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 50 g mozzarella cheese, and grated parmesan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
