Ham Cheese Keto Biscuits (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 3/4 cups chopped ham
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 2 cups almond flour
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
09 - 3 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Topping

10 - 1 tablespoon melted butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Once they’re out of the oven, brush some melted butter on the biscuits while they’re still warm and let them cool a little before eating.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F. Pop some parchment on your tray or grease it up a bit.
03 - Scoop out about 22 bits of dough onto your tray with a little scoop. Gently press them to flatten them out just a smidge.
04 - Now, mix the chopped ham in, but don’t go crazy—just combine so your biscuits stay soft.
05 - Add your almond flour, baking powder, salt, heavy cream, and that melted butter. Stir them in so it’s all together, but not overmixed.
06 - Stick your dough in the fridge for about 10 minutes so it gets firm and easier to work with.
07 - Throw your cream cheese, cheddar, and eggs into a big bowl and stir until it’s smooth with no big lumps.
08 - Pop the tray into your oven and bake about 13 to 15 minutes till the biscuits puff up and look golden.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Want it skinnier? Use unsweetened almond milk instead of heavy cream.
02 - Mix the dough just enough. Overdoing it makes biscuits too dense.
03 - Using a small scoop makes about 22 biscuits, each around 1.9 net carbs. A large scoop gives you about 12 bigger ones but bake them a few extra minutes (16–18).
