# Ingredients Required:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 680 grams)

→ Marinade

02 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 120 milliliters honey
04 - 60 milliliters Dijon mustard
05 - 30 milliliters olive oil
06 - 30 milliliters low-sodium soy sauce
07 - 30 milliliters freshly squeezed lemon juice

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour marinade over them, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
03 - Heat grill to medium-high, approximately 190°C.
04 - Remove chicken from marinade, discard any leftover marinade, and grill for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
05 - Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs.
