# Ingredients Required:

01 - 255 g cheese tortellini

→ Meat

02 - 450 g ground beef

→ Vegetables & Aromatics

03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 90 g fresh spinach
05 - 75 g cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

→ Liquids

06 - 80 ml water or broth

→ Dairy & Fats

07 - 45 g unsalted butter
08 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasoning

09 - 0.5 tsp salt
10 - 0.5 tsp black pepper

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
02 - Using the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add fresh tortellini and pour in water or broth. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the pasta is tender.
04 - Stir in spinach and the browned ground beef. Allow spinach to wilt and ingredients to blend well.
05 - Add salt and black pepper to taste, mixing thoroughly.
06 - Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
