Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

Using the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add fresh tortellini and pour in water or broth. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the pasta is tender.

Stir in spinach and the browned ground beef. Allow spinach to wilt and ingredients to blend well.
