02 - 30 ml olive oil
03 - 120 g fresh spinach
04 - 115 g crumbled feta cheese
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

08 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add cooked gnocchi and cook without stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and crispy on one side.
03 - Stir gnocchi gently and continue cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes until crispy on all sides.
04 - Reduce heat to medium; add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding burning.
05 - Add fresh spinach and stir gently for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted.
06 - Season with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Remove pan from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese until well combined. Serve immediately.
