# Ingredients Required:

01 - 115 g cream cheese, room temperature
02 - 80 ml sour cream
03 - 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
04 - 2 cloves garlic, grated
05 - 15 ml fresh chives, chopped
06 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
07 - 90 g crumbled cotija or feta cheese

→ Main Salad

08 - 450 g short pasta
09 - 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
10 - 300 g grilled or roasted corn kernels (from 3–4 ears)
11 - 15 g fresh basil, torn
12 - 15 g fresh cilantro, chopped
13 - 60 g spicy cheddar cheese, diced
14 - 1 avocado, diced

→ Chili Butter

15 - 60 g salted butter
16 - 10 ml smoked paprika
17 - 16 g chili powder
18 - 2.5–5 ml cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
19 - Salt, to taste

→ Lime Mayo Dressing

20 - 60 ml mayonnaise or yogurt
21 - 30 ml lime juice
22 - Salt, to taste

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, grated garlic, chives, cotija or feta cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth to create a creamy dressing.
02 - Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and immediately toss with the dressing in the large bowl. Add shredded romaine, corn kernels, spicy cheddar, basil, cilantro, and diced avocado. Gently combine to coat evenly.
03 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat until golden. Stir in smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook for one minute to toast spices and remove from heat.
04 - Whisk mayonnaise or yogurt with lime juice and salt in a small bowl until smooth, creating a bright, tangy dressing.
05 - Serve the salad warm or chilled. Drizzle lime mayo dressing and chili butter over each portion. Allow the salad to rest for a few minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
