# Ingredients Required:

01 - 4 everything bagels, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Creamy Mixture

02 - 120 grams herb and garlic cream cheese
03 - 120 milliliters 18% cream

→ Protein

04 - 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

→ Bruschetta Topping

05 - 2 cups diced Roma tomatoes
06 - 120 grams diced red onion
07 - 2 tablespoons basil pesto
08 - 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
10 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

11 - 120 grams grated mozzarella cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 200°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - Cut everything bagels into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly at the bottom of the prepared dish.
03 - Combine cream cheese and 18% cream in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until smooth with no lumps.
04 - Stir shredded chicken into the cream cheese mixture until thoroughly coated. Remove from heat.
05 - In a separate bowl, mix diced Roma tomatoes, red onion, basil pesto, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
06 - Spread the chicken and cream cheese mixture evenly over the bagel pieces, then layer the bruschetta topping on top.
07 - Sprinkle grated mozzarella evenly over the casserole, then bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
08 - Remove casserole from oven and allow to cool for several minutes before slicing and serving.
