02 - 240g sour cream
03 - 225g cream cheese, left out to soften
04 - 115g green chiles from a can, drained
05 - 120ml salsa

06 - Chopped cilantro
07 - Sliced green onions
08 - Sliced jalapeños
09 - Diced tomatoes

→ Meat Base

10 - 60ml water
11 - 1 packet of taco seasoning
12 - 450g ground beef

→ Seasonings

13 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
14 - Half the 225g shredded Mexican cheese mix, save the rest for topping
15 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Take your dish out of the oven, pile on whatever toppings you want, and grab those chips or sliced veggies to dip in while it’s hot.
02 - Slide the dish into the oven. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until you spot golden patches and the edges are bubbling.
03 - Pour everything into your greased pan and flatten out the top. Use the rest of the cheese to cover it.
04 - Mix your seasoned meat into the creamy base so it’s all blended.
05 - Start by stirring cream cheese, sour cream, beans, salsa, chiles, half your cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a big bowl. Make sure it’s smooth.
06 - Stir in your taco mix and water to the browned beef. Let it simmer down for a couple of minutes til most of the liquid’s gone.
07 - Cook ground beef in your skillet over medium heat. Once it’s fully browned with no pink showing, drain out the fat.
08 - Set your oven to 175°C and grease up a 23 by 23cm pan so nothing sticks.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can mix this up to a day ahead and keep it chilled until you’re ready to bake.
02 - If you like things spicy, use hot salsa or toss in half a teaspoon cayenne pepper.
