07 - 2.5 milliliters ground black pepper

08 - 170 grams shredded Old Cheddar cheese

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any loose outer leaves.
02 - Boil a large saucepan of salted water and cook Brussels sprouts for 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Drain thoroughly.
