Dutch Baby Pancake Delight (Printable Version)

A golden, fluffy Dutch Baby that puffs perfectly, served with fresh berries and a dusting of sugar.

# Ingredients Required:

→ Batter

01 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
02 - 65 grams all-purpose flour
03 - 120 milliliters whole milk, at room temperature
04 - 38 grams granulated sugar
05 - Pinch of salt
06 - 2.5 milliliters vanilla extract
07 - 45 grams unsalted butter

→ Toppings (optional)

08 - Confectioners’ sugar
09 - 450 grams mixed berries or other preferred fruit
10 - Jam
11 - Lemon wedges

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Combine eggs, all-purpose flour, whole milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth, or whisk thoroughly by hand.
03 - Place unsalted butter in a 25 cm cast iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish. Heat in the oven until butter is completely melted. Carefully remove from oven, pour in the batter, and return the skillet immediately to the oven.
04 - Bake for 20 minutes without opening the oven door until the pancake is puffed and golden at the edges.
05 - Remove from oven, dust with confectioners’ sugar, and garnish with lemon wedges and mixed berries or jam as desired.
