# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine warm water and active dry yeast in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Gradually add flour and salt to the yeast mixture while stirring until a rough dough forms.
03 - Transfer dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm location for approximately 1 hour until doubled in size.
05 - Gently fold chopped dill pickles and fresh dill into the risen dough until evenly distributed.
06 - Grease a baking pan with olive oil, punch down the dough, and spread it evenly in the pan.
07 - Create dimples across the surface with your fingers and let the dough rise for an additional 30 minutes.
08 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the surface and sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper.
09 - Bake the focaccia for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crisp.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure water temperature is between 38°C and 43°C to activate yeast without killing it.
