Put a skillet on medium heat and brown the minced beef with Italian sausage till fully cooked. Get rid of extra fat and put aside.

Lay out one pie crust and press it into a deep pie dish or oven-safe skillet.

Sprinkle half the mozzarella across the bottom. Add the cooked meats and half the pepperoni on top.

Spread the marinara or pizza sauce over everything. Shake the Italian herbs, garlic powder, and red pepper on top.

Top with your leftover mozzarella plus the cheddar or provolone. Arrange the rest of the pepperoni pieces on top.

Put the second crust over everything and pinch edges together. Brush melted butter all over the top.

Stick it in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes until you see a golden crust and bubbly cheese.
