# Ingredients Required:

01 - 170 g all-purpose flour
02 - 80 g brown sugar
03 - Pinch of salt
04 - 90 g cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

→ Fig Compote

05 - 400 g dried figs, stems removed and chopped
06 - 240 ml water
07 - 40 g granulated sugar
08 - 45 ml fresh lemon juice

→ Cream Cheese Topping

09 - 170 g cream cheese, softened
10 - 40 g granulated sugar
11 - 5 ml vanilla extract
12 - 1 large egg

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and cold unsalted butter pieces. Rub butter into dry ingredients using your fingertips until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
02 - Grease or line a 20×30 cm baking pan. Press crumble dough evenly over the bottom to create a solid base.
03 - Place chopped dried figs, water, and granulated sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until figs soften. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
04 - Transfer figs with cooking liquid to a blender. Add lemon juice and blend until smooth. Spread evenly over the crumble base in the baking pan.
05 - Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
06 - Pour cream cheese mixture over fig layer and spread evenly. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes until set and lightly golden. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
