Crisp Cucumber Herb Cheese Sandwiches (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - 3 tablespoons mayo
03 - 2 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - ΒΌ teaspoon powder of garlic
06 - Black pepper and salt as needed
07 - 1 English cucumber, cut into thin slices
08 - 1 loaf of your favorite white bread with edges cut off

# How to Make It:

01 - Grab your hand mixer and whip the cream cheese with mayo in a small bowl till it's nice and fluffy. Mix in your herbs and garlic powder, then add salt and black pepper how you like it.
02 - Take your bread slices and smear the creamy mix on one side of each piece. Layer cucumber slices on half your bread pieces and throw on extra herbs if you want.
03 - Top with the other bread slices. Cut off the edges and slice each sandwich into three bits.
04 - Eat right away or wrap them up and keep in the fridge for a day.
