# Guide to Cooking:

- Lightly grease the crockpot insert with cooking spray.
- Heat 15 ml olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken pieces for 2 minutes per side for enhanced flavor.
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the crockpot. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- In a bowl, mix orange marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until uniform.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Meanwhile, toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, approximately 30 seconds. Set aside.
- Remove chicken and transfer to a serving plate. Whisk water with cornstarch until smooth and add to the sauce in the crockpot. Stir until thickened.
- Pour thickened orange sauce over chicken, garnish with toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
