# Ingredients Required:

01 - 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 6 mm rounds

→ Bread

02 - 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread

→ Dairy

03 - 240 ml shredded cheddar, mozzarella, or mixed cheese blend

→ Butter and Seasoning

04 - 30 g unsalted butter, softened
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

07 - Fresh basil or parsley leaves

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Cut zucchinis into 6 mm thick rounds ensuring uniform slices for even cooking.
02 - Combine softened unsalted butter with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
03 - Heat olive oil in a pan and cook zucchini rounds for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and tender.
04 - Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice, layer shredded cheese and sautéed zucchini, then top with another slice.
05 - Cook assembled sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until bread is crisp and cheese fully melted.
06 - Cut sandwiches in half and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
