In a bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk, flour, and cornstarch until smooth. In a separate shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs with nutritional yeast.

Dip each marinated tofu piece into the batter, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Arrange coated tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in an air fryer basket. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or air fry at 200°C, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
