# Ingredients Required:

→ Tofu and Marinade

01 - 400 grams extra firm tofu
02 - 30 milliliters soy sauce
03 - 60 milliliters vegetable broth
04 - 5 grams mixed spices (e.g., garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper)

→ Batter

05 - 120 milliliters unsweetened non-dairy milk
06 - 60 grams all-purpose flour
07 - 15 grams cornstarch

→ Breading

08 - 80 grams breadcrumbs
09 - 20 grams nutritional yeast

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Drain the tofu, press it between clean towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into nugget-sized pieces. Combine soy sauce, vegetable broth, and spices, and marinate the tofu pieces for at least 15 minutes.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk, flour, and cornstarch until smooth. In a separate shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs with nutritional yeast.
03 - Dip each marinated tofu piece into the batter, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
04 - Arrange coated tofu pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in an air fryer basket. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or air fry at 200°C, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
05 - Allow the nuggets to cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
