In a roomy bowl, throw in those eggs, your milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whip 'em up till everything looks smooth and blended.

Drop your bread cubes into the bowl and make sure every piece gets covered with that egg mix. Let them hang out till they're soaking through.

Spray the air fryer rack with oil and place your soaked bread squares on there. Give 'em space — don't squish 'em together.
