# What You'll Need:

→ Egg Mixture

01 - Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
02 - Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - Pour in 60 ml (close to 1/4 cup) milk
04 - Crack open 3 big eggs
05 - Scoop in 55g (nearly 1/4 cup) brown sugar
06 - Shake in 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

07 - Slice up 6 pieces of bread into cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - In a roomy bowl, throw in those eggs, your milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whip 'em up till everything looks smooth and blended.
02 - Drop your bread cubes into the bowl and make sure every piece gets covered with that egg mix. Let them hang out till they're soaking through.
03 - Spray the air fryer rack with oil and place your soaked bread squares on there. Give 'em space — don't squish 'em together.
04 - Halfway through, shake them up in the basket so every piece crisps evenly while frying.
