# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir thoroughly.
02 - Add salmon pieces to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Marinate for 5 minutes.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with salt and pepper.
04 - Remove salmon from marinade allowing excess to drip off, then coat pieces evenly with the seasoned cornstarch, shaking off surplus.
05 - Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add coated salmon pieces without overcrowding.
06 - Fry salmon bites for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
07 - Remove salmon from pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
08 - Drizzle remaining marinade over salmon and garnish with chopped green onions.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness. Use sesame oil instead of vegetable oil for added flavor.
