01 - 450 grams gnocchi
02 - 30 milliliters olive oil

03 - 120 grams fresh spinach
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

05 - 115 grams feta cheese, crumbled

07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add cooked gnocchi and cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown on one side.
03 - Gently stir and continue cooking the gnocchi for another 2 to 3 minutes to crisp evenly on all sides.
04 - Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the pan, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, avoiding burning.
05 - Add fresh spinach to the pan and stir gently until wilted, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
06 - Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Remove from heat, then stir in crumbled feta cheese until combined. Serve immediately.
