10 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C.
02 - Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pound evenly to 1.27 cm thickness.
03 - Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
04 - In a medium bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with shredded cheddar cheese until creamy and well combined.
05 - Spread a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture over one side of each chicken breast. Arrange two bacon slices side by side, slightly overlapping. Place the chicken breast, cheese side up, at one end of the bacon and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks as needed. Repeat for all breasts.
06 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place wraps seam side down and sear each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is golden brown.
07 - Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 75°C.
08 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces or serve whole, garnished with chopped parsley.
