# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add cold sparkling water, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
02 - Heat approximately 5 centimeters of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 175°C.
03 - Dip each salmon cube into the batter, ensuring complete coverage.
04 - Carefully lower battered salmon cubes into the hot oil in small batches to prevent overcrowding. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
05 - Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
06 - Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the crispy salmon bites or serve as a dipping sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds for added flavor and visual appeal.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use cold sparkling water to achieve a light, crispy batter texture.
02 - Maintain oil temperature around 175°C to ensure even frying and a non-greasy finish.
