# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid browning.
02 - Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium, add shrimp to skillet, cooking approximately 2 minutes per side until pink edge appears but not fully cooked. Transfer shrimp to a plate.
03 - In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
04 - Pour in white wine to deglaze skillet. Scrape bottom with wooden spoon to release browned bits. Simmer until wine is reduced by half, approximately 2-3 minutes.
05 - Incorporate sun-dried tomato strips, stirring for 2 minutes. Then add heavy cream, water or broth, and dried Italian seasoning. Bring to gentle simmer over low heat, stirring frequently.
06 - Add fresh baby spinach leaves and cook until wilted. Stir in Parmesan cheese until well combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
07 - Return shrimp to the skillet. Add chopped fresh basil and mix gently. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked through.
08 - Serve immediately with crusty bread or toss the cooked pasta into the skillet. Gently coat pasta with sauce, adding reserved pasta water incrementally to achieve desired creaminess. Garnish with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - To keep garlic from burning, maintain low heat and stir constantly during initial sauté.
02 - Using sun-dried tomatoes not packed in oil yields a more balanced flavor without added greasiness.
03 - Reserve pasta cooking water to adjust sauce consistency when combining pasta.
