04 - 60 milliliters sour cream
05 - 30 milliliters mayonnaise
06 - 60 grams mozzarella, shredded, plus extra for topping
07 - 25 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

09 - Zest of 1 lemon
10 - 30 milliliters freshly squeezed lemon juice
11 - Pinch of cayenne pepper
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
14 - Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a 25 cm oven-safe or cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and lemon zest; cook while stirring frequently for 2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add shrimp to skillet, season lightly with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp turns pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice and simmer for 1 minute.
04 - Remove skillet from heat. Whisk in softened cream cheese until fully combined. Fold in sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley until homogeneous.
05 - Evenly spread the mixture in the skillet using a spatula. Sprinkle about 30 grams of shredded mozzarella over the top.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
07 - Remove from oven and garnish with additional parsley and optional lemon slices. Serve hot with bread, crackers, or crostini.
