Garlic Salmon Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - A sprinkle of chopped parsley to finish things off
02 - Toss in ½ teaspoon of chili flakes if you like a kick
03 - 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
04 - Slice up 2 pieces of salmon into bite-sized chunks
05 - Half a teaspoon of salt
06 - Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
07 - Half a teaspoon black pepper
08 - 8 ounces fettuccine noodles
09 - Smash and chop up 3 garlic cloves
10 - A couple tablespoons butter
11 - About half a cup of grated parm
12 - One cup heavy cream

# How to Make It:

01 - Shower your plate with parsley before grabbing a fork and diving in.
02 - Scoop the creamy pasta onto plates first, then drop those salmon pieces on top.
03 - Melt your butter in a hot pan. Toss in garlic and let it get fragrant. Pour in the cream, toss in parmesan, add lemon juice, and sprinkle in red pepper flakes if you’re in the mood. Stir everything so it turns into a velvety sauce.
04 - Dust your salmon chunks with pepper and salt. Get some oil hot in a skillet. Sear the salmon for a few minutes per side till they’re crispy and browned. Move the salmon out of the pan and hang onto it.
05 - Boil the noodles until they’re just right, following whatever it says on your package. Strain them, then let them rest for a sec.
