Creamy Parmesan Beef Linguine (Printable Version)

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 340 grams linguine pasta

→ Sauce

03 - 45 grams unsalted butter
04 - 15 milliliters olive oil
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 5 grams Italian seasoning
07 - 2.5 grams garlic powder
08 - 240 milliliters heavy cream
09 - 120 milliliters beef broth
10 - 100 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 50 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
13 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In the same pan, melt unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, without burning.
04 - Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
05 - Add the cooked linguine and browned beef to the sauce. Toss well to evenly coat all ingredients.
06 - Plate the pasta mixture, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
