01 - 180 milliliters cashew milk

02 - 1 large frozen banana

03 - 15 milliliters semisweet chocolate chips
04 - 15 milliliters unsweetened cocoa powder

05 - 15 to 30 milliliters peanut butter

→ Sweeteners

06 - 2.5 milliliters maple syrup (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Place cashew milk, frozen banana, semisweet chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and 15 milliliters of peanut butter into a blender. Secure the lid firmly.
02 - Blend on low until the blender starts moving, then increase to high speed. Continue blending until the mixture is creamy and smooth, or use the smoothie setting if available.
03 - Taste the smoothie and add an additional 15 milliliters of peanut butter for creaminess or maple syrup for sweetness if desired. Blend again briefly.
