15 - 280 g shredded rotisserie chicken
16 - 227 g cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
17 - 43 g finely shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Heat 15 ml of sun-dried tomato oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing for 3 to 4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
02 - Incorporate tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes into the pot. Cook while stirring constantly for 2 minutes until the tomato paste intensifies in color.
03 - Pour in chicken broth and heavy whipping cream. Add fresh basil, kosher salt, dried Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer uncovered for 12 minutes.
04 - Add uncooked medium shell pasta to the simmering broth. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta reaches a tender texture.
05 - Lower heat to low. Stir in chopped fresh spinach, shredded rotisserie chicken, cubed cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan. Continue stirring frequently for 5 minutes until cheeses fully melt and chicken is heated through.
06 - Ladle the soup into bowls. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Serve immediately alongside crusty bread or a fresh green salad.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For enhanced flavor, allow the soup to rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the ingredients meld.
