03 - 225 grams fettuccine or penne pasta

→ Dairy

04 - 240 ml heavy cream
05 - 100 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Vegetables

06 - 1 cup chopped bell peppers
07 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Sauté chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and allow to rest before slicing.
03 - Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta cooking water.
04 - In the same skillet, sauté chopped bell peppers and minced garlic for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
05 - Pour in the heavy cream, then gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
06 - Slice the rested chicken and add it along with the drained pasta to the sauce. Toss gently until well coated, adjusting sauce consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Allowing the chicken to rest after cooking ensures juicier, more tender slices.
