Rich Asiago Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones
02 - ½ cup regular flour
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons butter
05 - 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
06 - ½ cup white wine or chicken stock
07 - 1 cup thick cream
08 - 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
09 - 1 teaspoon herbs from Italy mix
10 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (if you want)
11 - Salt and pepper as needed
12 - Chopped parsley to top it off

# How to Make It:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of your chicken. Roll chicken in flour and shake off extra. Warm up the oil and butter in a big pan on medium. Cook chicken about 5 minutes each side till golden and done inside. Take chicken out and put aside on a plate.
02 - Using that same pan, cook the chopped garlic for a minute till it smells good. Add your wine or stock to clean off tasty bits stuck to the pan. Let it bubble for 2-3 minutes till it goes down a bit. Pour in your cream, add Italian herbs, and red pepper if you're using it. Let everything bubble gently for 3-4 minutes till it gets a bit thicker. Slowly mix in your Asiago until it's all melted and creamy.
03 - Put the chicken back in the pan and spoon that yummy sauce all over it. Let everything warm up together for 2-3 minutes. Throw some parsley on top and it's ready to eat!

# Additional Tips:

01 - Don't drink alcohol? Just use chicken stock instead of wine - works just as well!
