# Ingredients Required:

→ Peppers

01 - 1 bag mini sweet peppers (about 14 peppers), halved lengthwise and seeded
02 - 2 teaspoons avocado oil

→ Filling

03 - 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
04 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
05 - 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth, using a hand mixer or stand mixer if available.
02 - Slice the tops off the mini peppers and cut them lengthwise in half. Remove any seeds remaining inside.
03 - Drizzle avocado oil over the peppers and toss gently with your hands to evenly coat each piece.
04 - Fill each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.
05 - Place approximately 6 stuffed peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Select Bake mode, set the temperature to 360°F (182°C), and cook for 8 minutes. Carefully remove and repeat with remaining peppers.
