Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth, using a hand mixer or stand mixer if available.

Slice the tops off the mini peppers and cut them lengthwise in half. Remove any seeds remaining inside.

Drizzle avocado oil over the peppers and toss gently with your hands to evenly coat each piece.

Fill each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.

Place approximately 6 stuffed peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Select Bake mode, set the temperature to 360°F (182°C), and cook for 8 minutes. Carefully remove and repeat with remaining peppers.
