# Ingredients Required:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry

02 - 113 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 30 grams feta cheese, crumbled

→ Fruits

04 - 60 grams cranberry sauce or 43 grams chopped dried cranberries

→ Herbs and Seasoning

05 - 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary), chopped
06 - 1 egg beaten with 15 ml water (egg wash)

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, smoothing out any creases.
03 - Evenly spread the softened cream cheese over the puff pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Distribute the cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Scatter the chopped fresh herbs uniformly across the filling.
06 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log and slice into 2.5 cm thick pinwheels.
07 - Place the pinwheels cut side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the egg wash.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden and puffed.
