03 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
04 - 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Assembly

06 - 6 hamburger buns
07 - Lettuce leaves, for topping
08 - Sliced tomato, for topping
09 - Prepared mustard, for topping
10 - Mayonnaise, for topping

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently by hand or with a sturdy spoon until all ingredients are incorporated evenly. Avoid overworking the meat for a tender texture.
02 - Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and form into uniform patties, pressing a slight dimple into the center of each. Wet hands with cold water to shape without sticking. Ensure patties are not overly thick to promote even cooking.
03 - Preheat a grill, grill pan, or heavy skillet over medium heat. Place patties on hot surface and cook until desired doneness, flipping once. For medium-rare, cook to an internal temperature of 130–135°F (54–57°C); for medium, cook to 140–145°F (60–63°C); for well-done, cook to 160°F (71°C). Avoid pressing down on patties to retain moisture. Let burgers rest a few minutes before serving.
04 - Place cooked patties on hamburger buns. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, mustard, and mayonnaise as desired. Toast buns beforehand for extra texture. Add other preferred toppings such as pickles or onions.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Do not overmix the ground meat to maintain juicy texture.
02 - Form patties with cold hands to prevent sticking.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to accurately determine doneness.
