01 - 1 loaf crusty Italian bread
02 - 60 ml melted butter

03 - 450 g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
04 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
05 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese

06 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - Red pepper flakes, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Chop shrimp into small pieces. In a bowl, combine shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
02 - Slice Italian bread lengthwise and hollow out the center halves, leaving a sturdy shell to contain the filling.
03 - Fill both hollowed bread halves with the shrimp mixture, pressing gently to compact the filling evenly.
04 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush bread exteriors with melted butter, wrap in foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
05 - Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until crust is golden and crisp.
06 - Allow to cool slightly, then cut into portions and serve warm.
