Crab Cream Cheese Bites (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (about 226 g) ready-made crescent roll dough

→ Filling

02 - 2 green onions, sliced thin
03 - 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
04 - 120 g cooked crab or fake crab chunks
05 - 60 ml mayonnaise
06 - 170 g cream cheese left out to soften
07 - A pinch (0.125 teaspoon) salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Turn your oven on and set to 190°C. Put down some parchment paper on your baking stone or sheet.
02 - Carefully spread out the crescent dough on a floured spot. Press together the seams and flatten out the dough so it’s even. Slice it up into 24 little squares.
03 - Dump your cream cheese, mayo, crab meat, onions, cayenne, and salt into a bowl. Give it a good mix so it’s smooth and everything’s blended.
04 - Plop a bit of filling in the middle of each dough square. Grab two opposite corners, fold over the top, and squish them together to seal it up.
05 - Move all the stuffed dough bites to your tray. Pop them in the oven for 10–15 minutes until they get a nice golden brown color.

# Additional Tips:

01 - If you want it lighter, use reduced-fat cream cheese and mayo. Don’t overstuff the dough or it’ll leak while baking.
02 - Sprinkle a bit of flour on your rolling pin so the dough won’t stick.
