01 - 454 grams ground chicken
02 - 120 milliliters smoked ham, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - 2 large eggs

10 - 90 grams Panko bread crumbs
11 - Additional Panko bread crumbs (optional, for coating)

→ Filling

12 - 227 grams Swiss cheese, cut into 1.25 cm cubes

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, chopped ham, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and eggs until uniformly blended.
02 - Gradually add Panko bread crumbs to the mixture, stirring until the blend holds together firmly.
03 - Form small portions of the mixture around each Swiss cheese cube, shaping them into balls approximately 5 centimeters in diameter.
04 - For added crispiness, roll each formed bite in extra Panko bread crumbs.
05 - Set the air fryer to 200°C and preheat for several minutes.
06 - Place the bites in the air fryer basket without crowding, and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
07 - Cook bites for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through and reapplying cooking spray, until golden brown and fully cooked.
08 - Present the hot bites with Dijon cream sauce, honey mustard, or preferred dipping accompaniments.

01 - For enhanced flavor, blend Gruyere with Swiss cheese. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately for optimal texture.
