# Ingredients Required:

02 - 300 grams granulated sugar
03 - 65 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 3 large eggs
05 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
06 - 120 grams all-purpose flour
07 - 1.5 grams salt

→ Cheesecake Layer

08 - 225 grams softened cream cheese
09 - 60 grams powdered sugar
10 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract

→ Topping

11 - 12 chocolate sandwich cookies, roughly crushed

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line an 20x20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in granulated sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined and smooth.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, whisking thoroughly after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
04 - Gently fold in flour and salt until just incorporated without overmixing. Set aside the batter.
05 - In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
06 - Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
07 - Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer, then sprinkle evenly with the crushed cookies.
08 - Spread the remaining brownie batter over the toppings and gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
09 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
