# Ingredients Required:

01 - 2 firm slightly underripe bananas

→ Fats

02 - 15 milliliters coconut oil or melted butter

→ Sweeteners & Spices

03 - 12 grams granulated sugar
04 - 1.5 grams ground cinnamon

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Set the air fryer to 150°C and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.
02 - Peel the bananas and cut them into 3 millimeter-thick rounds.
03 - Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until evenly mixed.
04 - Lightly toss the banana slices with the coconut oil or melted butter to ensure each piece is coated evenly.
05 - Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the coated banana slices and toss gently to cover all slices.
06 - Place the banana slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap. Work in batches if necessary.
