Move the warm French toast bites onto a plate. Pour on the icing you set aside or drizzle maple syrup, and give a shake of powdered sugar if you want.

Pop the coated pieces into a big skillet with hot melted butter (medium heat works best). Let them cook for a couple of minutes each side, flipping to a golden brown and making sure they’re cooked through.

Soak every little cinnamon roll piece in your egg mix so they’re totally covered all over.

Grab a medium bowl and crack in your eggs, pour in milk, splash in the vanilla, then sprinkle cinnamon. Whisk it all together till it looks smooth.

Crack open your tube of cinnamon rolls, take the icing out to save for later, then chop up each roll into four little chunks.
