Cinnamon Roll Bites (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 30 g butter
02 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 60 ml milk
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls, keep icing for later

→ Optional Garnishes

07 - Maple syrup or saved icing, use for topping
08 - Dusting of powdered sugar if wanted

# How to Make It:

01 - Move the warm French toast bites onto a plate. Pour on the icing you set aside or drizzle maple syrup, and give a shake of powdered sugar if you want.
02 - Pop the coated pieces into a big skillet with hot melted butter (medium heat works best). Let them cook for a couple of minutes each side, flipping to a golden brown and making sure they’re cooked through.
03 - Soak every little cinnamon roll piece in your egg mix so they’re totally covered all over.
04 - Grab a medium bowl and crack in your eggs, pour in milk, splash in the vanilla, then sprinkle cinnamon. Whisk it all together till it looks smooth.
05 - Crack open your tube of cinnamon rolls, take the icing out to save for later, then chop up each roll into four little chunks.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Skip dairy by swapping in almond milk and plant-based butter. Got more than one batch? Toss bites in a low oven to keep ‘em hot.
