08 - 56 g unsalted butter, melted
09 - 110 g packed light brown sugar
10 - 1.5 tablespoons ground cinnamon

→ Glaze

11 - 120 g powdered sugar
12 - 2 tablespoons milk
13 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
02 - Beat softened butter with granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Incorporate eggs and vanilla extract thoroughly.
03 - Gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
04 - Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough to a 6 mm thickness, forming a 30x40 cm rectangle.
05 - Spread melted butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture on top. Starting from one long edge, roll tightly into a log.
06 - Cut the log into 2.5 cm thick slices and arrange them on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
07 - While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Cool cookies slightly on sheets, transfer to a wire rack, and drizzle with glaze while warm.
