In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a boil, cooking until smooth and slightly thickened.

Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the saltine crackers. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes until bubbling.

Remove tray from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the hot toffee layer. Let stand for 2-3 minutes to melt, then spread chocolate smoothly.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and sea salt evenly over the melted chocolate.
