# Ingredients Required:

01 - Saltine crackers, quantity as required to cover baking tray

→ Toffee Layer

02 - Unsalted butter, 170 grams
03 - Brown sugar, 200 grams

→ Toppings

04 - Semi-sweet chocolate chips, 180 grams
05 - Cinnamon sugar, 15 grams
06 - Sea salt, 2 grams

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat oven to 177°C. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray.
02 - In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and bring to a boil, cooking until smooth and slightly thickened.
03 - Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the saltine crackers. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes until bubbling.
04 - Remove tray from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the hot toffee layer. Let stand for 2-3 minutes to melt, then spread chocolate smoothly.
05 - Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and sea salt evenly over the melted chocolate.
06 - Allow the toffee to cool completely at room temperature until firm, then break into pieces and serve.
