01 -
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put parchment paper in a 9×13-inch pan with extra hanging over the sides so you can pull out the brownies later.
02 -
In a big microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar until it's all mixed up. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir until it looks smooth. Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in another bowl. Slowly add the dry stuff to the wet stuff and stir just enough to combine everything.
03 -
Dump the mix into your lined pan and smooth it out. Bake about 25-30 minutes. You'll know it's done when you stick a toothpick in and it comes out with just a few crumbs. Let them cool completely right in the pan.
04 -
After they've cooled down, put your strawberry halves all over the top of the brownies.
05 -
Put chocolate chips and cream in a bowl that's safe for the microwave. Heat it for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the chocolate melts and you get a smooth mix.
06 -
Drizzle the melted chocolate all over the strawberries, making sure to cover the entire brownie surface.
07 -
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour to let the chocolate harden. Then grab the parchment paper edges to lift everything out and cut into squares before you serve them.
