08 - 6 g baking powder (1 1/2 teaspoons)
09 - 2.5 g baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
10 - 2.5 g salt (1/2 teaspoon)
11 - 2 large eggs
12 - 200 g granulated sugar
13 - 180 g sour cream, room temperature
14 - 105 g neutral vegetable oil
15 - 120 g milk, room temperature
16 - 5 g vanilla paste or extract (1 teaspoon)
17 - 14 Oreo cookies, chopped into chunks

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a muffin tin with paper cups.
02 - Combine crushed Oreos, softened butter, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt in a small bowl. Use a fork or fingers to mix into coarse crumbs. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
04 - Whisk eggs with granulated sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla, mixing until fully incorporated.
05 - Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing. Gently fold in chopped Oreo chunks.
06 - Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups and sprinkle the Oreo streusel evenly on top of each.
07 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
