In a large bowl, mix chocolate cake mix, 1 large egg, and 113 g melted butter until uniformly combined.

Using a stand mixer on medium speed, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining 2 eggs and cocoa powder and mix until incorporated.

Reduce mixer speed to low; gradually add confectioners’ sugar followed by 113 g melted butter and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until smooth and homogenous.

Pour filling over the cake base in the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, ensuring the center remains slightly gooey.
