05 - 15 ml ground cumin
06 - 15 ml ground black pepper
07 - 10 ml paprika
08 - 5 ml ground cinnamon
09 - 5 ml ground cardamom
10 - 10 ml kosher salt

→ Garlic White Sauce

11 - 180 ml plain yogurt
12 - 60 ml mayonnaise
13 - 4 garlic cloves, grated
14 - 15 ml za'atar spice
15 - 10 ml lemon juice
16 - 5 ml kosher salt

# Guide to Cooking:

01 - Combine chicken with olive oil, grated garlic, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, cardamom, and kosher salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.
02 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight, to develop deeper flavors.
03 - Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and browned, approximately 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, za'atar, lemon juice, and kosher salt until smooth and creamy.
